Delivery in Italy: 10€, delivery in 2-10 business days

Delivery worldwide: 25€, delivery in 2-20 business days

Shipping Policy

Delivery is via third party courier

All deliveries are sent with registered couriers and must be signed for at time of delivery.

Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.

As the registered couriers are third-party courier companies, we are unable to control their delivery time. The courier is also unable to ring you prior or during delivery.

If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery.

If you are not home at the time of delivery additional delivery charges may apply.

Order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped.

Shipping time may vary depending on your location.


2 years warranty

We will replace the defective items.

Under European law there is free 2 year warranty (legal warranty) for all products.

If a product purchased in any country of the 'EU proves defects, the seller is obliged to repair or replace it free of charge, or to give a discount or refund in full.

As a general rule, customer can claim full or partial reimbursement only if the item is unable to repair or replace.

Right of withdrawal - 14 days period

Fourteen days to cancel and return online purchases: in the EU the customer has the right to return online purchases within 14 days for a full refund. Customer can do so for any reason, even if he only changed his mind.

The "reflection period" expires 14 days after delivery of the product.

The customer must return NOT USED goods .

The used / worn shoes can not be refunded.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or which are clearly personalised.

The customer must inform the seller unequivocally of its decision to cancel the purchase.

All refund requests must be made in writing form and send by e-mail on info@albertoventurini.info

The customer have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
An estimate maximum cost: in Italy € 50, € 150 abroad.

The reimbursement includes any transport costs that the customer claimed at the purchase. There may be charged additional delivery costs only if the customer has specifically requested a non-conventional delivery methods.

The seller is required to repay within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation, but it may delay the refund if he did not received the goods.

Returns because of wrong size

If you purchased the wrong size, you can return:

  •      within 14 days from delivery
  •      if the shoes have not been worn
  •      to test the fit of the shoes, use a carpet so the shoes will stay clean
  •      to avoid ordering the wrong size, check the measurements carefully in CM shown in the Shoes size chart
